IF THE USER IS USING THE WEBSITE ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, THEY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT THE USER HAS FULL AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THESE TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE.
